PARTICIPATING INSURANCE PLANS

Our clinic has multiple providers who participate with different insurance plans. If you are requesting to see a specific provider, please call our office before scheduling online to verify they accept your insurance plan. If you do not have insurance, therapy sessions can be provided on a sliding scale fee schedule.

Copayment or coinsurance amount is due at the time of service in accordance with your insurance policy. Please check with your insurance provider to verify your copayment or coinsurance amount.
